Widum Baumann mountain apple juice is crafted from freshly harvested fruit, with pressing typically occurring in November. This ensures an exceptional quality juice, that clearly stands out for its freshness and flavour compared to preserved fruit products. After pressing, the juice retains part of its pulp, which is why it is naturally cloudy and contains a higher proportion of antioxidants than filtered juices.

After pressing, the juice is bottled directly, without any additives. We only use the finest apples of the Pinova variety. Pinova, being a hardy apple variety, allows for organic cultivation without the need for treatment. Preservation is ensured by the high acid and sugar content, combined with a gentle heating process that brings the juice to a temperature of 78 degrees. Subsequent ageing in the bottle allows it to preserve naturally, exactly as it used to be.
